1. What makes Tranos watches different?

Every Tranos watch is individually hand assembled by skilled watchmakers using carefully selected components and reliable automatic movements. Rather than mass-producing identical watches, we focus on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and timeless design.


2. Are Tranos watches official Seiko watches?

No.

Tranos is an independent watch workshop and is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Seiko Watch Corporation.

Our watches are handcrafted custom mechanical timepieces assembled by Tranos using carefully selected components. While some models are powered by NH-series automatic movements manufactured by Time Module Inc. (TMI), they are not official Seiko products.


3. Are the movements genuine?

Yes.

Selected Tranos models use genuine NH-series automatic movements manufactured by Time Module Inc. (TMI), a company within the Seiko Group that supplies movements to independent watchmakers worldwide.

The movement used in each watch is clearly stated on the product page.


4. Are all components manufactured by Seiko?

No.

Our watches are assembled using premium-quality components sourced from trusted manufacturers, together with selected automatic movements where specified.

Each component is chosen for its quality, durability, and compatibility with the overall design.


5. Are your watches assembled by hand?

Yes.

Every Tranos watch is individually assembled, regulated, inspected, and quality checked by hand before it is shipped to our customers.


6. Do your watches come with a warranty?

Yes.

Every Tranos watch is covered by our warranty against manufacturing defects.

All warranty service and after-sales support are provided exclusively by Tranos.

What does the 24-Month Warranty cover?
Every TRANOS watch is an exquisite piece of engineering. We provide a Full 24-Month Warranty on the movement. If a mechanical issue occurs within this period, we will repair or replace your watch. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, or water damage.


7. Are your watches water resistant?

Water resistance depends on the specific model.

Please refer to the product specifications on each product page for the exact water resistance rating and recommended usage.

Our timepieces feature different levels of water resistance depending on the model:
•    5 ATM: Suitable for daily use and light swimming.
•    3 ATM: Suitable for everyday use; resistant to splashes and rain.
•    Important Note: We do not recommend wearing your watch for showering, snorkeling, or diving. To ensure longevity, please avoid prolonged contact with water. Please note that water damage is not covered under our warranty.


8. How accurate are the automatic movements?

Automatic mechanical movements naturally vary in daily accuracy.

Typical performance ranges may differ depending on the movement model and wearing conditions.

Each watch is inspected and regulated before shipment to ensure reliable everyday performance.


9. Do I need to wind my automatic watch?

If the watch has stopped, simply wind the crown approximately 20–30 turns before wearing it.

Regular daily wear will keep the movement running through the motion of your wrist.


10. Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

We ship to many countries worldwide.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated during checkout based on your destination.


11. Can I return my watch?

Yes.

If your order is eligible under our Return & Refund Policy, you may request a return within the applicable return period.

13. Do you ship to my country?

Absolutely. We provide Worldwide Shipping to ensure our timepieces reach collectors in every corner of the globe.

14. Where are the products shipped from?

All orders are meticulously hand-assembled and shipped directly from our dedicated workshop in Vietnam.

15. How much does shipping cost?

At TRANOS, we strive to deliver luxury at an accessible price. We offer Free Standard Shipping to most countries. For faster delivery, Express Shipping (via FedEx/DHL) options are available at checkout.

16. Can I change my delivery address?

If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it. Please ensure all address details are complete and accurate at the time of purchase.

17. How do I cancel my order?

Cancellations are accepted within the first 24 hours of placing your order. Due to administrative and bank processing fees, a $15 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. If your watch has already been processed or shipped, the order cannot be canceled, and you must follow our Return Policy.

18. Can I make changes to my order?

To request a change, please email us at info@tranoswatches.com within 24 hours of your purchase. We can only process one modification per order, provided the package has not yet been shipped.

19. Why was my order canceled?

Our advanced security system automatically flags and cancels orders that appear to be high-risk or fraudulent to protect our customers. If your order was canceled in error, please contact us so we can manually verify your information
