TRANOS WATCHES – SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
At Tranos Watches, we take pride in the meticulous craftsmanship of our timepieces. Our goal is to ensure your order reaches you safely and as swiftly as possible, no matter where you are in the world.

1. SHIPPING RATES
We offer worldwide shipping with rates calculated based on your location and the total weight of your order.
•    Calculated at Checkout: Shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed at the final checkout page before you complete your purchase.
•    Carriers: We partner with leading international couriers such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS to ensure reliable and secure delivery.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Please note that all orders require 2–5 business days for hand-assembling and quality control testing before dispatch. Once your order is shipped, estimated transit times are as follows:

*Note: These are estimated transit times. Total delivery time = Processing time (2-5 days) + Transit time.

3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your timepiece is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email. We recommend monitoring your tracking status closely. If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@tranoswatches.com.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
As a global boutique, we ship all orders from our workshop in Vietnam.
•    Import Duties: Any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
•    Compliance: Tranos Watches is not responsible for delays caused by the customs authorities in your country.

5. DELIVERY ADDRESS & SECURITY
•    Address Accuracy: For your security, the shipping and billing address cannot be changed once an order has been placed. Please ensure all details are complete and accurate at checkout.
•    Failed Delivery: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to pick up the package, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping fees and any return shipping costs.

6. INSPECTION UPON RECEIPT
Please inspect your parcel before accepting delivery. If the package appears significantly damaged, we recommend rejecting the receipt and filing a claim with the carrier immediately. Please also notify our support team within 24 hours.

7. HELPFUL INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Import Duties & Taxes:
Prices on our website do not include international taxes, import duties, or VAT. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
Customs Clearance:
While we provide all necessary documentation for your shipment, TRANOS WATCHES  is not responsible for any delays, holding, or confiscation caused by the customs department in your destination country.
Delivery Estimates:
Transit times are estimates provided by our shipping partners (FedEx/DHL/UPS/…). We are not liable for delays caused by weather, strikes, or carrier issues once the package has left our workshop.
Tracking & Responsibility:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Our responsibility ends once the package is marked as "Accepted" by the carrier. We highly recommend monitoring your tracking status closely.
