TRANOS WATCHES – RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Tranos Watches, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your bespoke timepiece. If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a transparent return and warranty process.

1. 14-DAY RETURN POLICY
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your watch.
•    Eligible Cases: Product damaged during shipping, manufacturing defects, item not as described.
•    Condition: To be eligible, the watch must be in its original, unworn condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
•    Shipping Costs:
o    If the issue is caused by Tranos Watches (Defect/Damage/Wrong item): We cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
o    For Personal Reasons (Change of mind/Style preference): The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Additionally, a $30 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the initial shipping and administrative costs we incurred.

2. 24-MONTH MOVEMENT WARRANTY
Every Tranos watch is an exquisite piece of engineering. We provide a Full 24-Month Warranty specifically covering the watch movement.
•    If a movement malfunction occurs within this period, we will replace your watch with a brand-new unit.
•    Tranos Watches will cover the shipping costs for replacements related to confirmed manufacturing defects.
•    Note: This warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or water damage.

3. REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and passes our quality inspection:
•    Processing Time: Your refund will be approved and processed within 3–5 business days.
•    Credit Arrival: The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider (typically 5-10 days).
•    Important Deadline: You must contact us regarding any issues within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
•    Sale Items: Items purchased during promotional sales are eligible for Store Credit only, not cash refunds.

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Before sending any item back, please contact our support team at info@tranoswatches.com. We will provide you with detailed instructions and the correct return address for our workshop.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
