Our Commitment

At Tranos, every watch is carefully hand assembled, inspected, and tested before it leaves our workshop. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and are committed to providing reliable after-sales support for every customer.

All warranty services are provided exclusively by Tranos.


2-Year Warranty

Every Tranos watch is backed by a 2-year warranty covering defects in the mechanical movement under normal use.

If your watch experiences a movement-related issue caused by manufacturing or assembly defects during the warranty period, our watchmakers will inspect and repair it at no charge.

Our goal is to ensure your timepiece continues to perform reliably for years to come.


What Is Covered

Our warranty covers:

  • Mechanical movement defects
  • Movement malfunction under normal use
  • Assembly-related issues affecting the movement
  • Functional problems caused by workmanship

All repairs are carried out by the Tranos workshop using appropriate replacement parts when necessary.


What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, impacts, or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage to the exterior of the watch, including the case, crystal, bezel, bracelet, strap, clasp, or crown
  • Water damage
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage caused by improper handling or failure to follow normal operating instructions

Please note that minor cosmetic changes resulting from everyday use are considered normal and are not covered under warranty.


Warranty Service Process

If you believe your watch requires warranty service, please follow these steps:

Step 1 — Contact Us

Email our customer support team with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos or a short video showing the problem (if possible)

Our team will review the information and provide further instructions.


Step 2 — Send Your Watch

If inspection is required, we will ask you to send your watch to our workshop.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and securely packaging your watch to prevent damage during transit.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to our workshop unless otherwise agreed.


Step 3 — Inspection & Repair

Once we receive your watch, our watchmakers will inspect the movement to determine whether the issue is covered under warranty.

If the issue falls within the warranty coverage, we will repair the watch and return it to you as quickly as possible.

Should the issue fall outside the warranty terms, we will contact you with available repair options before any work is carried out.


Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date your order is delivered.

Please keep your order confirmation or purchase record, as it may be requested when submitting a warranty claim.


Independent Warranty

Tranos is an independent watch workshop.

All warranty, repair, maintenance, and after-sales services are provided solely by Tranos.

This warranty is offered exclusively by Tranos and is independent of any movement manufacturer or component supplier.
